1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dkbet ("dkbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the dkbet platform accessible at dkbet.ws. These Terms apply to all use of the dkbet website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, payment systems, and any related services offered by dkbet.
By accessing, registering on, or using dkbet in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use dkbet. dkbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility
To register and use dkbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. dkbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and relevant balances may be forfeited.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. dkbet will verify age during the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any account where the account holder cannot prove they are aged 21 or above.
- You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots or scripts may not register accounts on dkbet.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from dkbet. If you have self-excluded and attempt to re-register, any winnings generated on the second account will be voided.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on dkbet. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. All of the following account registration conditions apply.
- Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number is used for SMS verification, account recovery, and, if applicable, bKash or Nagad payment matching. You are responsible for maintaining access to this number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dkbet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. dkbet will never ask for your password by phone, chat, or email.
- dkbet reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, when a threshold deposit or win amount is reached, or when dkbet has reason to suspect identity fraud or money laundering.
- Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no bet) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dkbet will notify the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy-related account maintenance fees.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your dkbet account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify dkbet support immediately at [email protected].
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
dkbet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not charge conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on dkbet.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other methods as listed in your account payment section. dkbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time; changes will be communicated through the platform.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day is subject to the limits displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. dkbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending verification. dkbet targets a processing time of 10–30 minutes for verified bKash and Nagad withdrawals, but this is not a guaranteed service level and may be affected by third-party payment provider processing times.
- Deposits made using a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be returned and the relevant account flagged for review. dkbet operates strict anti-money laundering procedures and all unusual transaction patterns are reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
- dkbet does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the same name as the dkbet account. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
dkbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit is a real-money deposit made after account registration and before claiming the bonus, meeting the minimum deposit threshold specified in the offer.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the offer terms specifically state otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer.
- dkbet monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that cover multiple outcomes to reduce wagering contribution, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploiting technical errors to generate bonus credits. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided and the account may be permanently suspended.
- dkbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Changes to active bonuses will be communicated to affected players via their registered mobile number or within the platform.
6. Gameplay and Fair Use
All casino games and sports betting markets offered on dkbet are provided by licensed third-party software providers. All slot games and RNG-based table games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers. The following fair use conditions apply to all gameplay on dkbet.
- Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed winning outcome, dkbet reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the stake to the player's account.
- Sports betting odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed, not at odds that may have been visible on the screen during a period of loading or network delay.
- dkbet reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned where no result can be determined within the timeframe stated in the specific market rules. Voided bets are refunded as cash to your account balance.
- Players are prohibited from using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games on dkbet. Any account found to be using automated tools will be suspended immediately and all associated balances forfeited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dkbet. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. dkbet reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies where applicable.
- Registering or operating more than one dkbet account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or under a false or assumed identity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in sports markets.
- Using the dkbet platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transaction patterns are logged and reported in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the dkbet platform for financial gain. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not place bets intended to take advantage of the error.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward dkbet staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
dkbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where dkbet has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable laws, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or to dkbet. Upon suspension or termination, dkbet will communicate the reason to the player via their registered mobile number within a reasonable timeframe, except where disclosure would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.
Players may voluntarily close their dkbet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding locked bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Voluntary closure does not affect any self-exclusion record associated with the account.
9. Responsible Gaming
dkbet is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions are part of these Terms and are enforceable as such.
- Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) at any time via their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
- Players may request a time-out period (a temporary break from gambling) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks via their account settings or by contacting support. During a time-out, the player's account will be inaccessible for deposits and gameplay. Winnings from bets placed before the time-out was initiated will be credited normally.
- Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Permanent self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of receipt of the request. Once permanently self-excluded, a player may not re-register on dkbet.
- dkbet uses automated monitoring to detect signs of problem gambling, including frequent large deposits, rapid loss of deposited funds, and unusual playing patterns outside normal hours. Accounts exhibiting these patterns may be contacted proactively by dkbet's responsible gaming team.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the dkbet platform, including but not limited to the dkbet brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game content supplied by dkbet (as distinct from third-party game provider content), text, graphics, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of dkbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dkbet platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any dkbet content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkbet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dkbet platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if dkbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
dkbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dkbet platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your dkbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits dkbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
dkbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using dkbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights in relation to your data. We strongly recommend you read the Privacy Policy before registering your account.
13. Amendments to These Terms
dkbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, dkbet will provide reasonable notice to active players via their registered mobile number or via a notice displayed on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of dkbet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of dkbet, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably in the first instance by contacting dkbet support at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedures. Nothing in this clause prevents dkbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
